These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the
ITI Hub app (“the App”, com.itihub.app), an independent
educational service created by Shri Ganesh ITI, Yawal (the “Service
Provider”). By accessing or using the App you accept these Terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. The App is intended for ITI (Industrial Training Institute) students preparing for Trade Theory, AITT / semester and related examinations.
2. Description of service
ITI Hub provides previous-year question papers, answer keys, mock tests, trade-wise and subject-wise tests, daily practice, Trade Theory study material, ITI & apprenticeship updates, an AI Doubt Solver and related educational features. Some content may be marked PRO. We may add, modify or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
3. No government affiliation & no guarantee of result
The App is an independent educational product. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Directorate General of Training (DGT), NCVT / SCVT, any State Council for Vocational Training, or the Government of India or Maharashtra. Using the App does NOT guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain a certificate, or secure an apprenticeship or job. Your results depend on your own effort and the official examination process.
4. Accuracy of content
We make sincere efforts to keep questions, answer keys and study material correct and up to date. However, content may contain errors, and exam patterns, syllabus, dates and vacancies can change. Always verify important information from the official DGT / NCVT MIS notification (ncvtmis.gov.in) before relying on it.
5. AI Doubt Solver
The AI Doubt Solver uses Google Gemini to generate answers automatically. AI answers are for guidance only, may be incomplete or incorrect, and should not be treated as an official or final answer.
6. Payments & refunds (if a paid plan is offered)
Where paid plans are available, prices, durations, trials and coupons are shown in the App and may change. Except where required by law, payments for digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted. For any billing issue, contact us and we will help resolve it fairly.
7. User conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial preparation. You must not hack, copy, scrape, resell, or share your account, PRO access or downloaded content with others. Downloaded materials are licensed for offline personal use within the App only.
8. Intellectual property
The App’s design, text, graphics, compilation of questions and software are owned by ITI Hub / Shri Ganesh ITI, Yawal or its licensors. Government question papers and answer keys remain public-domain educational material. You may use all content for personal preparation only; reproduction or redistribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITI Hub and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its content, including any exam outcome.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
