This page explains how to delete your ITI Hub account (com.itihub.app) and the personal data linked to it. ITI Hub is an independent educational app by Shri Ganesh ITI, Yawal.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

Open the ITI Hub app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed from our active systems immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address:

Note: the support email will appear here once configured by the administrator (Admin panel → Settings → Help & Support). Until then, use the in-app option above.

We verify the request and complete deletion within 7 working days, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your name, email, profile picture and mobile number
Your test scores, results, progress, bookmarks and wrong-question history
Your device / push-notification token
Referral and coupon usage linked to your account

What we may keep (and why)

Data	Retention	Reason
Payment / transaction records (if you ever bought a plan)	As required by tax / accounting law (up to 8 years)	Legal obligation. These records do not contain card, UPI or bank details.
Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics	Indefinite	Cannot be linked back to you; used only to improve the app.
Security / abuse logs	Up to 180 days	Fraud prevention and platform safety.

Encrypted database backups are rotated automatically; any residual copy of your data in an older backup is overwritten within 30 days.
